Hello February! Hello Hot Chocolate Festival!

by Emily Grace

Thank goodness it’s February. This might be a month known for the bitter cold here in NYC, but there is one thing good that comes out of it. No, it’s not Valentine’s Day. Don’t kid yourself into thinking that is a good time. It is City Bakery’s Hot Chocolate Festival! They concoct a different flavor of hot chocolate for each day of the month. I’m super picky and probably won’t try the majority of them, but just the fact that there is this endless escape of hot chocolate flavors, well, color me excited! Also, the homemade marshmallows to top it off will be a must. Watch out hot chocolate lovers of New York City, this will be epic!

I don’t even know what some of these flavors mean, but I guess that’s just something I’ll have to figure out.
